Redesign for a photographer from Silesia — portfolio, blog, several dozen service pages and a WooCommerce shop selling presets and e-books. The site ran on an abandoned premium theme, Elementor and a dozen-plus plugins added over the years. The homepage took about 8.5 seconds to load and PageSpeed showed 54 points on mobile.
I moved everything to Blocksy and Gutenberg and removed the page builder together with its add-ons — it was responsible for most of the page weight. Content, URLs and shop orders stayed untouched.
