For agencies
White-label WordPress development for agencies, design studios and SEO companies
WordPress subcontracting: I build your projects as your technical partner. No contact with your client, no credit in the footer, no getting between you and your client. You deliver the finished site under your own name. I work remotely — in English, Polish and Ukrainian.
Who I work with
Digital agencies
You have the design, the strategy and the client, but not enough hands for development — or three projects just landed at once. I join as a resource that doesn’t need onboarding from scratch.
Designers and freelancers
You designed a site in Figma and don’t want to code it or look for someone new for every project. You get one person who simply builds it.
SEO companies
Someone has to put the audit recommendations into code. I handle the technical implementation: speed, heading structure, structured data, redirects, Core Web Vitals.
Software houses
WordPress is sometimes a side element of a project, not worth tying up your backend team. I take that piece off your hands.
What I do
Design to WordPress
Figma, XD, PSD or a finished HTML layout — I turn it into WordPress with pixel accuracy, on the native block editor, without a page builder.
WooCommerce shops
Catalogue, variants, payment and shipping integrations, product imports. Including migrating a shop from another platform.
Page builder migrations
Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, old premium themes — I move the content to Gutenberg, keeping the look and the URLs.
Speed and Core Web Vitals
Cache, images, fonts, clean code. Measured before and after, not by feel.
Hack recovery
Cleaning the site, removing the effects of an infection and securing it for the future. Urgent jobs too.
Care for your site portfolio
Updates, backups, monitoring and incident response for your clients’ sites — under your brand.
The rules it runs on
White label.
I don’t contact your client, I don’t sign the footer, I don’t get between you. For the end client, you are the developer.
NDA, no questions asked.
I’ll sign a non-disclosure agreement if you need one. The project won’t appear in my portfolio before it goes live.
One person from start to finish.
I don’t pass the job on, and you won’t find out halfway through that someone else is doing it.
A quote before we start, not after.
You get a fixed price and a deadline before I start anything. If the scope grows, I tell you right away, not on the invoice.
Communication where you already work.
Slack, Asana, Trello, email — I fit into your process instead of forcing mine on you.
A deadline is a deadline.
If I see something won’t fit, you hear about it at the start, not the day before handing over to the client.
What your client gets
A site with no subscriptions
I build on the native WordPress editor. No page builder licences to renew that become your problem a year from now.
Content they can edit themselves
The client changes texts and images on their own. Fewer calls to you about a comma in a heading.
Training or documentation — on request
By default I don’t prepare documentation. If your client needs training or a user guide, I make it and include it in the quote. You pass it on under your brand.
How I price
The full price list of all services is available here (in Polish).
Hourly rate: 160 zł. A working day is 1 200 zł. For ongoing cooperation with predictable volume I go lower — we agree on it once, at the start, not for every job.
For a specific build, though, I prefer to quote per project. That way you get one amount instead of a running meter, and I don’t lose out by working efficiently. The price depends not only on the number of templates and features, but above all on how detailed your process is: how many internal review rounds there are and how many comments come in along the way. Large agencies usually check every pixel — it’s good practice, but it takes more time. That’s why I agree the rate with each agency separately, per project. I keep hourly billing for what can’t be scoped: post-launch fixes, consultations, standby during deployment.
I’m not registered for VAT — invoices are issued without VAT. For some agencies that’s a minus, because there’s nothing to deduct; for others it’s a plus, because the gross amount is lower. I mention it upfront so there are no surprises at the first invoice.
How we start
You tell me what you have
A Figma file, a link to the site to rebuild or two sentences about what you need. I don’t need the full set of materials at this stage.
Quote and deadline
I send back a fixed price and a date, usually within one working day. For larger projects I split the quote into stages.
Work
On my staging environment or yours — whichever you prefer. You see progress as it happens, not only at handover.
Handover
The site goes wherever you point. For 30 days I fix anything that comes up after launch.
FAQ — what clients ask
Do you contact my client?
No. I work only with you, I don’t sign the footer and I don’t appear in correspondence with the end client. If you need me at a technical meeting, I attend as a member of your team.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, no questions asked. The project won’t appear in my portfolio before it goes live.
What do you build sites on?
On the native WordPress editor, Gutenberg. No Elementor or Divi, because they mean licences to renew and a few hundred kilobytes of unnecessary code on every page — your problem a year from now. If a project requires a specific builder, I’ll say so plainly and quote it separately.
Can you work on my hosting and in my repository?
Yes. I can work on your staging environment and in your Git, or build the site on my side and move it over at the end. You choose what fits your process better.
How does invoicing work?
Invoice after handover, split into stages for larger projects. The hourly rate is 160 zł, a working day 1 200 zł, but I quote specific builds per project. I’m not registered for VAT, so invoices are issued without VAT — worth factoring in when you set your margin.
What if something needs fixing after handover?
Thirty days of fixes are included. After that we either bill individual jobs or move to ongoing maintenance — also under your brand.
