Shop for the Polish branch of Janssen Cosmetics — a German cosmeceutical brand sold both to individual customers and to beauty salons and spas. Today it holds nearly 380 products, 70 posts and over 30 pages, run on WordPress with WooCommerce since 2017.
The most interesting part of this build is invisible to an ordinary visitor: the shop serves two markets in parallel. A retail customer sees regular prices and the catalogue, while a logged-in wholesale partner sees their own price lists, minimum order quantities and an area with downloadable materials. Wholesale registration goes through a separate form with extra company fields and requires approval, and access to the closed sections is controlled by a membership system.
On top of that comes a sales layer that grew over the years: PayU and imoje payments, buy-now-pay-later with PayPo and Twisto, InPost shipping with custom free-delivery rules, product bundles, EAN codes for price comparison sites, feeds for Ceneo and Nokaut, Google Ads dynamic remarketing, Tag Manager, a TradeTracker affiliate programme, Trusted Shops reviews, Omnibus Directive compliance and AJAX search across the whole catalogue.
The shop is under my ongoing technical care — updates, backups, performance and security.
